Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Mylti account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Mylti.

2. The service

Mylti is a financial wellness and creator economy platform. It lets you track income, set goals, connect third-party platforms like YouTube, and interact with an AI coach. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mylti (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Mylti to violate any law or the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Mylti, other users' accounts, or connected third-party services.
Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
Use the service to send spam or misleading communications.

5. Your content and data

You own the financial data and content you enter into Mylti. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process that data solely to operate the service for you.

6. AI coaching is not professional advice

Responses from Coach Mylti are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making material financial decisions. AI output can be incorrect or out of date.

7. Third-party services

Mylti integrates with services including Google, YouTube, Supabase, Anthropic, and Railway. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Mylti is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data retrieved from third-party services.

8. Termination

You may stop using Mylti and delete your account at any time from the profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, disrupt the service, or pose security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; sections of these Terms that should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

Mylti is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that revenue figures retrieved from third-party APIs (including YouTube Analytics) are accurate, complete, or current, nor that AI-generated responses are accurate. Financial decisions you make based on Mylti are your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mylti and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mylti harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use of Mylti after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you rights to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
